​@@mtb2357Don't know why you responded to this comment in particular instead of leaving your own but he mentions having pressed F3 to set the eternal enemy settings and I think some debug mods have keybinds where pressing certain buttons that set coins to 99. He's been caught cheating a few times before (nothing major especially because these videos are just for our entertainment and they're usually modded anyway) so like I understand why it could be questionable but in this particular case it was probably an honest mistake especially considering he pointed it out himself.

eternal delirium just brings back all of the past unfair bugs related to him and is always either the last boss or the first boss you fight on the floor. Star of Bethlehem no longer directs you to delirium, but just the nearest boss room until they are all completed. That's what I'm guessing anyway, other than smashing through book of shadows protection if you use it mid-fight, like using the bible on Satan instantly kills you

I think the way you guarantee every normal monster to be eternal is to only set the chance for ALL monsters to be eternal to 100%, whilst turning down the other chances to 0%. You could do a vid like hutts did a decade ago and set it up like this from the very start of a run, and try to beat mother to showcase the new stuffs.
