21:00 yes I have had a experience like that. one time I was playing as forgotten for the first time and I had made it to mega Stan. I killed him but I never got the check mark for some reason. I ended up getting a portal for delirium and I killed him too. after I had finished the run by touching the chest instead of a cut scene I got teleported to a room with 3 mega Stans in it with red text at the bottom of the screen saying "mega Satan tracking fail safe" or something along those lines and then it gave me the steam achievement and check mark for beating him. tried looking it up online and found nothing. tripped me out

I think the reason bob's bomb bounced off the wall in ghost form is because it is affected by spectral and as such, doesn't collide with the wall. But sinde it's not a tear, it can't go outside of the confines of the wall, so it just bounces back. Yeah it's weird.
