Explaining how the character works (TLDR; vengefull spirit is mostly only for anti-softlock, your damage and synergies are only for the ghosts) You spawn cracks on the ground, indicated by the X/2 at the top left. The more tears, the more cracks can spawn at once. Using Liberation gives you astral projection and makes the number of cracks you have when using the item permanent for that (spawns a crack instantly after you step on a one). Big rooms allow you to spawn more cracks then the "max amount" (the "?" near the number). I forgot about the other stats but uhhhh if you want to see more play the character idk

I've seen a synergy with ventricle razor and black powder where you can portal from one side of the room to the other and cover the entire area in the symbol. The clip I saw was doing it on Greed mode.

Im a minute in the video, dont know if you realized later, but the indicator seems to show the purgatory procs, since everytime you have two procs the indicator has 2/2 and in new rooms or cleaned rooms its 0/0

Repentance makes a lot of items more useful, so you can get it at any time and not feel much of a difference.

Yeah you should get repentance even before you 100% afterbirth, it changes so many things for the better. If you want you could simply not go down the alt floors until you've done all the Afterbirth content and save Repentance stuff for later

I don't know if this would be a good idea or not, but you should try doing a run with sacred orb with characters that have unique ways of doing damage... that seem to have more synergies than just brim, like this character. Whoever made this character seems to have put a good bit more thought into synergies, which was unexpected.
