Hi, Very neat indeed, but could you tell me the 'in/out' relationship between the top radius roller and the (plain?) lower roller when forming the initial flange ? Does the radius top roller slightly overhang the lower roller or does it bear down just in from the outer edge of the lower roller ? I hope you can enlighten me on this, as I want to make a roller set up for my manual bead roller to flange concave curves as you have demonstrated very clearly here.
