Find out where the local to you demonstration is. Here there is a weekly demonstration, every Sunday. Several thousand people do turn up and walk from the Metropolitan Cathedral down and through the city centre. I have attended a couple of times, due to working most Sundays, and now coping with grief. Holding a banner and marching is the least we can do, but doing it and being seen to do it is an emotional accomplishment. We can all say, this does nothing, but by being brave enough to take part you are allowing and encouraging others to join in. Doing even the smallest action of protest is more effective than doing nothing at all. Keep brave, keep safe, and voice your opinion however you can.x
