When you decided to override the angles for all of the animation tweakers, I just felt strange. If you place an animation tweaker and make it override the default angle without assigning an actual animation, it overrides the bot's angle as long as this specific tweaker itself is active, making the process of assigning animations faster and easier. As long as the other assigned animations don't override any angles, it will work. (This way, you don't need to assign the same angle to every animation.)

I tried to make this myself using your old top down sackbot but it was bad >;) I was wondering, is there a way of doing this by changing the blue receiver on the controlinator to a receive from player and put the logic on a broadcast microchip because that feature caused a problem on the old version where the player could move but not turn around

alfie astley I've not tested using the 3D cam with my old topdown tutorial. To answer your question, you would have to modify the rotator to be a character rotator instead (as normal rotators do not rotate sackboy, only sackbots) but the rest would work. ;D

In Little big planet 2 There are cars that people make in the game but there not in 3D also that when the player wants to do some cool raceing I noticed in some really good levels I see people race and it's in 3D but we dk how it works or how you make it but that was in little big planet 2 but I never seen a car that can do that in lbp3 that has 3D or (third person view) that can go to different layers like what you did with the sackbot animation. Like always, another jolly good job. A question I have though. I tried using broadcast without the sackbot and everything went smoothly except when I trying to rotate. it won't seem to rotate for some reason. Anything in mind you have why it does that?

+Tuby The Bunny thank you & yes I know why this happens. Sackboys cannot rotate using rotators (only sackbots and objects can) so instead you will need to use character Rotation Tweaker for the rotation (its next to the character animation tweaker in the tools) ;D

+MineBoyNL 1. How do you mean non-exitable? players cannot exit a controlinator unless you put an activation into the controllinators Exit input (only you can by pressing R3 in create mode). 2. Use two game cameras for different tilts, hook them up from a selector and have an input to cycle through the selector.

+LittleBigPlanet 3 Tutorials hey, I'll try to explain the best I can...I first noticed something different than yours when tweaking the cameras angle and zoom, when I zoomed in to 600% it went beyond the sackbot and it wasn't in view anymore. My sackbot is against the very back layer. I noticed whenever you did this in your video it stopped zooming but the numbers still continued to go up (does that make sense) the second thing is whenever I get in the controllinator and walk around as the sackbot the camera doesn't stay on the sackbot whenever I get so far away from the sackboy, It just goes back to where my sackboy character is...like something is losing signal.

Ashley King Ok, so your first problem with the camera is very simple. you have to be in an LBP2 level (if you need one there is one on my planet) this is what stops the camera from zooming past layer 3. So you use the LBP2 level in on your Moon of LBP3 as normal. Your second problem is because your controlinator is not following the sackbot. This could be because the object you put your controllinator on is either set to static or that your follower is out of range of the tag. Hope this helps, let me know how you get on ;D

+Ashton BR I've also noticed this, There is a way to do it... but its a little outside the box ;D Ok so instead of putting the movement/rotation in the sackbot, make an invisible ring and place your sackbot inside, Then fill out the ring with stickerpanel (or any invisible/no collision material). then simply add in your logic to the middle of the ring (on the stickerpanel). lastly set your sackbot to follow the tag thats now on the stickerpanel. you will also need to add another tag onto the ring & then add a 'look at rotator' on the sackbot. ;D

Can you make an twin stick shooter tutorial. I bet it's already on your list but i just wanted you to now that it will be appreciated if you do one :P

I was thinking a topdown shooter with like power ups and that sort of stuff. For example, you pick up the power up and you get like triple shot for a surtian amount of time, idk :D
