I imagine it varies from one person to another just how comfortable or uncomfortable one finds it. If you work it back in place though I don't think it should be too much of a bother. I just listen to my Echo Show these days and cannot recall what happened to this especially after having moved since this video. I hope you can work with it and get it to be more comfortable so you can enjoy using it, Anne.

To be honest, I just need reviews on whether the sound escapes or not. I roomed with randoms, my parents and my wife, and the only reason I would buy these is to block out the noise AND not bother other people with my music from the headbands. It seems like no one ever pays attention to these types of details. It's a open-ear design, the sound would escape - I get it, but how much? Can I play soft music while in a silent room? Jesus.

As stated in the video they don't get all that loud... plus that's why there is such a thing as volume control... sort of solves the problem just by turning them down. As they are not over and surrounding the ears, of course, they have limited ability to block outside sound. It seems like you should be looking at ANC (Active Noise Canceling) offerings and not blasting music, should solve both your issues.

@@Tw3akst3r Yeah thanks for the reply. I wasn't mad with you in particular; it's just that the amazon reviews and the "reviewers" never mentions in detail. I listen to calming classical musics while I sleep, so I don't blast the music in high volume; I just wanted to know how it sounds in a quite room. I guess I need to buy a cheap wireless neckband for this kind of thing.

​@@Manly-Tears It's fine, I wasn't angry or anything and my reply was not meant to be as sarcastic as it likely sounded, truly having an enclosed and/or ANC and keeping the volume lower is pretty much what it'll have to be to get the results of hearing without disturbing others. I imagine a nice ANC set would be great with classical and really make sure you drown out anything around you. I'm not an audio junkie but I try and am usually more detailed about things than people want... ironic isn't it. If you have PRIME order some with free returns and send them back if they don't work the way you hope. I don't really think a cheap pair is going to make you that happy though. There are some super soft in-ear types you might like that some people use when sleeping. I got these so I can sleep comfortably during the day without any of the neighbors waking me up for construction. Will I be satisfied as I have white noise and box fans already? I got a house five feet away from me that just got on sale so I'm sure there will be outdoor renovation which will be a headache for me.

While they won't offer the best sound you've ever heard, I'd think with the combo of these and the fans and white noise you have it'd likely block out a lot if not all the noise. It's impossible to really say because of so many variables (how well you hear, the insulating properties of your home, how long the construction is, etc.).

Can you explain how to put the battery charge mode? It is very difficult since it does not charge the battery when putting the USB.

You should simply plug in the USB and it should automatically begin to charge there's nothing special that you do and it's not working you either have a bad cable or perhaps a bad battery something seems to not be functioning which means you need to return it and get a new one but yeah just plug it in and it should light up and show that it's charging otherwise something's broken take advantage of your warranty.

It would be best to remove the hardware and handwash them though you would most likely be fine if you used a very delicate short cycle with your washing machine if available. I'd highly recommend you stick with handwashing since it is so small and it will ensure it lasts much longer. Either way, hang to dry and use warm water if possible when cleaning, and a delicate cleanser such as Woolite (or diluted dish soap if you don't have access to Woolite) is probably best.

​@@Godssunshine20 You're welcome. That's rather odd. I assume you restarted your phone as part of the troubleshooting process? Any chance you have access to another phone or tablet, anything with Bluetooth to test pairing with it? Most of the time Bluetooth devices I've seen just don't output signal when they do not work, though I have seen hundreds (easily) of devices and it is very rare I have seen them not work. It sounds like the mask shows up for you so it sounds like it is broadcasting a signal so that's good. Does it vanish or is it staying visible in your list of devices? It could be possible it could be faulty and not working so it shows up but doesn't have a stable signal, just trying to think of why it might be giving you such problems. If it shows in your list then you've definitely entered into pairing mode so at least that shouldn't be a concern.

Mine just flashes red and blue and it's not visible to Bluetooth connection. Is mine broken? It doesn't turn on or off.

Well red and blue is pairing mode so it should be visible but I don't know if you have multiple devices you can try it with and if you press and hold for a long time it should shut off so if it's not functioning properly I definitely look at warranty options and return options just in case it actually is somehow not functional. What's so many manufactured and sold obviously there's going to be failures sadly you may have gotten one of those I hope you get it figured out and I wish that I could be more help but I don't think I can be other than what I stated already good luck.

​@@Santiav I think it might be okay for some people but you really need a soft pillow or you might still be able to feel them so not the perfect solution. The front is really comfortable and works well but like I said in the video the earbuds you might be able to feel. Most people are probably happier to have a speaker in the room and a mask to block light but I think for travel on a place or something these are probably best (or back sleepers maybe).

I bought this bluetooth eyemask same copy and it kind of annoys me because when you are trying to sleep you have these bulky speakers lodging into your ears which hurts your ears. The sound quality is low par and sounds like a bootleg handheld console and the woman who speaks in that eyemask has the worst voice almost like a rat mixed midway through overdosing on rat poison. I was sleeping and when it hit low battery and at 11 am i woke up to the half life 2 stalker like scream sound effect it actually shit me up If there isnt a way to remove that loudmouth lady i might have to remove the speakers. And the light projecting through the mask emits too much light.
