LC-MS/MS Data analysis using MzMine

This is a basic tutorial video to show the processing of raw LC-MS/MS data for identification of compounds through database searching. Here one very important thing I want to mention that, all the parameters shown in the videos are just for example purpose. Based on your sample and target compounds, all these parameters will be varying from sample to sample. This video will simply show the basic steps of the process for educational purpose.
