Can you connect the power supply and the JTAG at the same time without problems? Are these circuits isolated?

hi, can you pls tell me how "is device powered now and flashing"? ...JTAG conn wants power FROM target, but you have there nothing )) ... this is quite a miracle; and laying the board on conductive bag is also interesting chellenge ... ))
