Hello sir, sir i have tried this with my experimental data where the max concentration i used was 40IJ/ml and after calculating the LC50 which was 64.93. sir how can be the LC 50 value (which is 64.93IJ/ml) MORE THAN the concentration i applied i.e., 40IJ/ml. kindly clear this doubt sir. should it not come between the range of the concentration i used for the experiment.

How did you calculated LC50=Antilog x? I don't understand this video that Antilogx

All the values of x are basically Log value. Therefore to get the LC50 value we must convert it by Anti-log & finally we get the value in mcg/ml or any other unit.
