Dental floss? Really? Dont think so

It would be Dental Tape! Wider and stronger than dental floss. George alone has used this material for 20+ years. Plus hundreds (perhaps thousands) of his shooters out of Archery Learning Center. 100yards is $5, can be bought at any drug store, it’s cheaper than serving and is much easier to handle.

Every week someone is trying to reinvent the wheel. The title says Tie Your Peep Like a Pro. Are we to believe that this is the accepted standard amongst professionals for tying a peep sight? I think not. Archery is a very individual sport and as such archers find methods that work for them and apply accordingly. Finally, if you're going to post instructional videos use terms that people understand, what the hell does ' sling out ' mean??

Please tell me this is sarcasm. Griv is giving his knowledge and tips for no charge to people that might not know or are just starting out. I don't understand the attitude towards this video. If you don't like him don't watch. To try to tear down someone who loves the sport and loves to help others is ridiculous. Can't wait for your how to video.

@@capricornmagic63 It’s one way a professional would do it. If you believe it or not, professionals don’t always use the most advanced techniques or fancy materials. They use whatever gets the job done quickest and know, that there might be some adjustment needed over the course of the next days or weeks. I‘m not a native English speaker, but I did exactly know what happens when a peep „slings out“. That doesn’t need some special knowledge or experience. And yes, it happens and happened to me with my first bow which I bought ready to shoot before I learned to do all those things on my own.

Griv's Hornet team has 4 Vegas Championship wins, three World Records, and over 50 National titles. I'd say this makes him a pro. Not to mention the long list of credentials that follow him around beyond his coaching. So the title is fitting. He is a pro and he showed his peep tying method. Oh and "sling out" means when you break the shot and the peep bounces of the riser and smacks you in the face at mach 12 and you stand there wondering what the heck just happened..... It "slings out," like someone shot you with a "sling shot."

Get some tissues, a snickers bar, close your fly trap, and learn from an actual PRO. If that offended you, cool. Think about your post now. have a great day.
