the thing is: if the game is (near-perfectly) balanced in the competitive scene, then it is a pleasure to watch the diversity. If there are broken champs they might be fun at first, but as a player you'll be demoted to having to train and pick that op champ time and time again for weeks, maybe even months (aatrox) and as a viewer you'll be seeing the same 20 champs for a month until they really patch things up and 5 outta those 20 champs get swapped

I think Sneaky leaving Cloud9 would be a bigger deal, because he's always been there. Yes, he got benched, but that's the only team he's played for. Bjerg played for other teams, and while he's the face of TSM, I don't think he matches Sneaky w/ representing C9.

It would be a big deal, but it's something that probably needs to happen. Because he's not one of the best adcs in the lcs, he's lacking for C9... he pretty much always loses the laning phase, which essentially makes Zeyzal an ineffective support for him and his teamfighting is only on par with the other decent lcs adcs. Fact is, C9 will never win domestically with Sneaky and they'll never have a chance to win anything internationally. Sad, but true, because I really like Sneaky.

@@FitzgeraldStanburyWeissV He gets very minimal attention from the jungler compared to other bot lanes. He also isn't the focal point of C9 and never has been, and that's why he works great w/ them. He can survive lane and scale up and play safe, while doing fine late game. ADCs like Zven or Doublelift need treatment if they're on the team, and that takes away from the mid/jungle/top synergy that C9 has right now. Their only weakness currently speaking, is just bad decisions. Sometimes they'll draft terribly, make a bad call in game, or both, and it loses them games that they should easily win. If they learn to be more consistent, they'll be the top team in NA, I guarantee it. Also, if you haven't watched it, you should watch Sneaky's response to the criticism from Travis Gafford and his show. It's on Sneaky's channel

i think the biggest part of c9's loss to clg was a bad draft. so while i'd pick c9 in a bo5 in a heartbeat - not just cause fan - i think schedule wise clg has a better last 4. c9 has to deal with FLY who have had a bad split... but were right up there in spring and also run top heavy (but adv. nisqy and sven), then TL who... is TL, then GGS who are just middle... but again are top heavy (only adv to sven this time though), and then OPT who have had a great split with meteos looking amazing most games and crown encroaching on the top 3 midlane spot. CLG on the other hand have clutch (zzz), echo fox (zzz), OPT (exciting matchup) and 100T (zzz.. probably).

No. C9 are fine with Nisqy. What they really need is a better adc. I really like Sneaky, but he's no longer a major benefit to C9... he's way too passive in the laning phase, he doesn't pair well with a really good engage support like Zeyzal and he's not really good enough at teamfighting to compensate for that. You can't just rely on late game teamfighting to win. They need Sneaky to become more aggressive, or they need a new adc.

The sad thing is that if C9 had a better adc, they wouldn't be in this position. I feel like CLG have a better chance, because their team synergy has stacked up really well. C9 are good, but the bot lane is just not great with Sneaky and Zeyzal. Actually, Zeyzal is really good, but Sneaky just hasn't changed at all. If Sneaky got better, more aggressive in lane, then C9 would look incredible, they'd honestly be neck and neck with TL. But, Sneaky just always loses lane and that hurts them, because Zeyzal is a really good engage support. If they could get leads in bot in the early game, against the other top teams, then they'd be soooooo much better.

Thing is that there are no other teams where he would have much more sucess than TSM... TL has Jensen, CLG has PoE and C9 has Nisquy. I don't see a world where you break your team synergy to add bjerg who isn't a big enough difference to really make these teams more sucessful. The only team I could see him go to, still have chances of success and be a huge upgrade would be 100T, But all other teams are just not competitive.

Junglers are still usually melee champs which makes it more risky the longer the game goes. Midlaners for example have ranged poke, cc and waveclear which makes them ultimately better especially when the enemies have a tanky comp that you can't easily oneshot.
