My doctor told me to Google this today, by a miracle she's a 2 is 2 years into CRPS the first person I've met with it so I feel such a miracle she says it's a fight to walk again and she's standing without pain. I'm 4 years in but misdiagnosed many times until the pain and my life were unbearable. She mentioned ketamine injections as a possibility too, these are the treatments she is contemplating while I go to my first physical rehabilitation. I'm confused on the rehabilitation and when I'll finally get something besides Gabapentin. I'm far into CRPS but so far from understanding how treatments work and why the initial wait yet asked to Google this. I'm willing to try it, almost willing to try anything at this point. You mentioned no opioid while taking low dose naltrexone because it can be lethal, my concern is I have bilateral kidney stones (I have stones frequently) and when one finally moves it's always an ER trip with an IV drip of morphine etc and Vicadin or Percocet from my urologist until each stone passes (kidney stones at this point are pain level 8-10 and I hope I never know a 10 again, only once out of all the stones and that one required lithotripsy). Would I be in danger when a stone inevitably sends me to the ER while taking this? My life is so complicated with multiple medical issues at once I am just trying to keep it all straight, it's hard especially feeling worn down to forgetfulness from the combination. I'm on no Opioid only gabapentin at this time, I'm asking in to inform myself before beginning a new medication. Thank you

I know of a few doctors who prescribe, including my own...Dr. Richiemer at USC Keck in Los Angeles, CA. Another one is Dr. Chopra in Rhode Island. Maybe you can check with some other doctors in your area.
