Brother, yes, now is the time to repent, but our Heavenly father loves us so much he will still give chances to repent, but it will be much harder!

wonder fuller it is said that in Heaven we speak in thoughts, to each others minds, but we may also speak aloud at certain times ? No one can be sure. Heavenly Father would not speak in a hateful tone or use any type of subliminal message of hate in any way, if he recognizes disobedience, he does what he chooses to do depending on the degree (but things in heaven are of good always, so he would have no reason to discipline in His kingdom)

As for the people on Earth, Heavenly Father knows all languages and tongues so He is able to understand us always, no matter what language we speak, but He often speaks by the spirit (which on Earth can be difficult to find and hear with all the distractions and temptations) I hope that answered your question:)
