I met the chef or rather "kuya" Claude Tayag in Paris who shared with me his love for Filipino cuisine and his original French-style Adobo recipe ... duck! Well, not 1 recipe but 4! Discover more about the history of Filipino cuisine, and other anecdotes all this at BOBI Paris, where you feel at home.

I’m actually watching your videos alright now and this is the fourth one. I discovered your channel from the Canadian guy channel. I can’t remember his name, he’s the guy who speaks Tagalog and I’m always amazed by his guest who can speak Tagalog even they are not in Philippines. So far I’m liking your videos. Keep it up and hope you continue to grow. You should collab with fellow Filipino vloggers like Wil Dasovich an and Hungy Syrian Basel and Susie in the Philippines. There are lots of foreigner creator who live in the Philippines so you can, too.

when you said Kuya Claud is from Pampanga, I shouted out in the kitchen( coz I am cooking) while watching... "OF COURSE Manyaman yan!" meaning "masarap yan" bilang Kapampangan proud ako na recognize ang Pampanga for the delicious foods.... your dad LEAH, also testify to that.. (Mr. Hugh J.) the look alike..❤😂❤😂

Sasabihin nyo nnman...ang adobo lutong kapangpangan...hahaha...eh yung sinigang na baboy nyo d masarap...bat ganun kayo..pati humba inaangkin nyo..eh lutong bisaya yun...sa pilipinas lahat masarap magluto..pinasikat lng kayo ng media na kababayan nyo..ate ang adobo...damihan mo ng bawang paminta...medyo patuyo..masarap yan..o kaya lagtan mo ng gata..masarap din..depende sa panlasa mo...wag ka maniwala magaling magluto.kapangpangan..binobola klang nyan...hahaha...magaling yan sa kayabangan..
