From yatchy interview Lil baby should understand Gunnas' perspective. Let me teach you guy's something. If i'm the prosecutor trying to suggest and subject you to certain actions. I type up in documentation. " I understand that I'm irresponsible and we are a gang." THEY WRITE THE SCRIPTS. If gunna said that, he would've literally have had to say that in court. This is what people don't understand. The judicial system is like playing 'house' or tea party'. If Lil baby used his brain, and other's. They would have understood Gunna did nothing but take a plea but of course respectful to the court by saying Yes ma'am...he could have said 'yes, ok.... it didn't matter. He wasn't Saying yes ma'am matter of factly. This is why school is important. P.S First, understand how a plea deal works. The District Attorney (prosecutor) writes up the formal plea document This document contains specific legal language THEY choose In court, the defendant typically only needs to say simple things like "Yes" or "Yes ma'am" to the judge's questions What actually happened with Gunna: When people claim "Gunna said [It's a gang and it should be brought to an end]" that wasn't him speaking freely in court.
