I was there about 10 yrs ago w/ my wife n it was fantastic, Le Blank. Rented a car n drove to Chichen Nitza. Lov the in-room jacuzzi, great food, speed boat snorkeling tour...💖👍

Thinking of heading there in August! What was it like with Covid? Hotel looks like they’re super hygienic....was there much open, like excursions?

Yes, there were definitely steps taken by the resort to maintain hygiene and covid precautions! Once outdoors (on the beach or in the pool) it was more up to us to maintain social distancing given masks are not worn in the water. Excursions were definitely going on, seemed to be on par with pre covid schedules! Enjoy!

Did you have to make reservations for the restaurants ahead of time while you were there? Also if you had to rate your top 3 restaurants of the ones you went to, what would your ranking be? Thanks!!

Yes, definitely recommended to make reservations ahead of time. We made our reservations a week before our trip. Top 3: 1. Lumiere 2. Bella 3. Blanc Have a wonderful time!

Also, when did you guys arrive the first day? And how long did you have to wait for your room to be ready?

Awesome you will love it! We stayed 4 nights 5 days. If we could’ve stayed longer we would’ve, but we thought 4 nights was great. We got to the resort around 1pm, and our room was ready at 3pm. They let us have lunch as part of our all inclusive stay before the room was ready so we didn’t feel like we waited long!
