The lefort II osteotomy to treat the fracture that was on the frontal nasal level bilaterally the dr concide the fracture line was from the fronto nasal junction and crossing infra orbital margin passing the orbital fromen extending backward to the pterygoid plate the final result was pyramidal shape after correction the dr will stabilize the segment .
