Here's a review of a glue that can be use to hold your LEGO (or Mega Bloks) construction together and that can be taken apart later using warm water. Le-Glue is no evil Kragle as it is a non-permanent solution to breaking LEGO models.
In this review, you will see that Le-Glue could be useful, but at a price… that price being a little messy and time consuming.

The non-permanent glue that's strong & non-toxic
Le-Glue is a water soluble adhesive designed to hold your plastic building blocks together. Releases easily in warm water.
Created for kids by a kid (with some help from his parents).
No more messy breakups!
Directions:
Apply a small amount of Le-Glue to block using a brush, cotton swab or dip block into Le-Glue tub. Once applied put blocks together as normal. Wash with soap and cool water to remove residue. Glue sets within an hour. Cures in 24 hours. To loosen blocks, place in warm water and pull apart. DO NOT EAT.
