If you listen closely to the "bongo-like" drum, they sound similar to the synth pattern in "Indo Silver Club" by Daft Punk.

I love how this track is 15 years old and it's clearly the same style as the tracks we can listen today on the popular radio, it's still fresh! I'm sure they could re-release this track today with a few arangements, slap Daft Punk's name on it, and it would be a big hit!

Part of the reason all these tunes are so great is because the original music the samples are taken from to make these songs are from over 30 years ago when music didn't suck ans actually had some soul in it.

No, exactly. I hate when people CRITISIZE music for being repeative. I think generally that a lot music could just be more repeative as well. I like to immerse with the music. Hear all the details before it's already over. Meh, I guess you either hate it or love it. If I really like the beat, I wanna hear it looped in a long time and I get disapointed if the songs over too soon - which is nice. But I can also think that if a loop doesn't fit my tastes, I probably then want some variation
