Kinda surprised Toyota brought it, tbh. Awesome car, shoulda won (superior to the still-brilliant V12 LMR in every way, faster on outright pace), but the strangest thing is you can barely hear it. Rather quiet compared to its contemporaries. Audi R8 and Bentley too.

.You beat me to it, Sir. The MC12 didn’t race, but it was going to because there was a rule in place that said any GT1 car from the Blancpain GT1 series could run for 2011. it didn't race with these guys back in the day. these were from 1994 - 2014 boys. the 787B is 1991 = Group C not LMP Era

I have nothing against Toyota GT-One but never the ACO should have accepted it as a GT. All this mess has started with loophole 911 GT1 and Mercedes CLK/SLK fake GT which finally killed the category ! The best GT ever is the McLaren F1
