Le Mans Ultimate Game Crashes after update/ UNPLAYABLE

love your video - fellow grey haired PC gamer here. I really enjoy Le Mans Ultimate and despite the online issues, i really like the car physics of the GT class. i find the the other two classes too floaty on my Moza R12 setup and can’t be bothered tweaking the FFB settings i don’t race any other class other than GT3/4 or open wheeler and hope they will put out more content as the track and car models like great. content wise, it’s too limited at the moment.

Sorry to see you are having issues with LMU One thing I have done since launch, is to restart the game before the race Haven't had any issues since I started doing this Edit: Looks like loss of connection for you, not game crashes ? I use to have frequent disconnects in ACC, and I've always used LAN connections, found out my Spectrum Router was shyte for games Changed to an Asus router, never any issues since, routers do make a difference, even on LAN Hope you get it sorted, this game is so much fun

I’ve have to restart as well but since the latest patch I’ve had no issues. The CEO emailed me and said they were aware of the issue. But like I said since the latest patch, I haven’t had any issues

I have not been able to complete a race since the update. Nonstop crashes. I want this game to work because I really like it but it’s infuriating, hopefully they fix the issues.

June 10 big update caused me several crashes. I was eager to try out the hot-fix today. Well... it didn't crash, but somehow they broke the AI. On the Mulsanne straight in Le Mans AI couldn't overtake me without putting me in to the wall several times. I already accepted AI to crash in to me in the pit lane, it's a known issue since launch, but this level of incompetence starts to worry me.

Everything works perfectly for me, no crashes or freezes after the last update. I also had constant crashes before, but it changed when I activated page file on system hard disk, although 32gb installed. 🤷Since then everything runs fine. I hope this can help you 🤜🤛 I just finished watching your video and your crashes are different. I have never had crashes while driving, I always had problems when loading the session. I would still activate page file on yours, maybe it will help

The CEO of Motorsport games emailed me and said they were aware of the issue and promised to eradicate them. After the latest patch I’ve had no problems

Great racing as always Grey! I just LOVED that "Holy Moment" just at the end of lap 2, with the "...JUST be patient"....had ME ROFLing!!! PS. I haven't had too much of a chance of catching up with the community racing, as of late, cause I've DOVE ALL IN, into my XDefiant!...lol So HOPEFULLY when I start calming down from the hype, I'll ease myself back into my simrig!...HOPEFULLY soon enough...lol BUT, I'll STILL be watching your content, as I regularly do. I ALWAYS look forward to it amongst my XDefiant feed!... 💯

They have their priorities messed up, they release updates for radars, cars, coach Dave setups, and they simply choose to ignore fixing everything in this game, why do I have to go to discord, or their forums just to get it running? No matter how gorgeous it might look, comparing this to ACC, AMS2, Iracing or any other title is a crime.

i dont have same issues. There are also no other mass reports on lmu forum from other users. LMU is sure memory hungry tittle but with correct settings and a trade off to run only bit lower post processing and not everything on „ultra“ it runs just fine. I hit 218th online race yesterday and since last update and all fixes didnt had not a single crash… ps: i dont want to say here that your pc has an issue but looking on the track details and trees i guess you run graphic settings very high which may work in other sim titles but i guess not yet with lmu. It would be more interessting to know what setup / pc specs you have and settings your running including resolution and so on … eventually there is a temp solution that makes lmu enjoyable for you 👍🏽 ps: Le Mans race wasnt a „game crash“. there was probably some sort of connection issue and lost connection to the server. this is something you can check under the trace logs. Also the second race. I only had this once until now and the reason for my connection loss was that my isp had a short outage and i lost my internet connection which had nothing to do with LMU. Connection loss > not game crash here :)

The CEO of Motorsport games contacted me and said that they were aware of the issues and are working to eradicate them. The latest hot fix helped my situation. Since it was released, I haven’t had any issues.

@@TheGreyBeardGamer thanks for the feedback. It is amazing how many different issues there are. Have you checked the replay or event history for these two races to see if other players kept driving or did all of players had connection loss? that would have of course lmu server as common point. Idk ifyou‘re already registered on lmu forum but it would be great if you can join and keep reporting such issues or share content / make suggestions and so on!

I absolutely love LMU, but the only thing I don’t like is on the 24 hours. It’ll try to load and then crash on me to go back to the startup menu. Is that part of this update

Delete your GPU software and re instal the last version, clear shaders, make steam verif files, downgrade your graphics settings, don’t use wifi, put your internet speed ingame setting, there are a lot of tips to make your game smoother

Who cares is the game is buggy and crashes every 15 minutes....the developers have offered you a free download of the BMW hypercar. Next month itll still be plagued with issues but theyll sell you all kinds of stuff

My 7yr 2nd hand 1080ti and i7 7700 run 90fps smooth without crash 😊 the only crash i have is when i try offline full grid Le Mans, dev’s know and are working on it

This "game" is the most buggy game i've ever seen.. it's horrible and been unplayable for 4 months since the release of their "game" even the menu is completely buggy..

I got so sick of people telling me "it's an early release". I was like "this isn't even fit for beta testing " When I buy a product I expect it to work as intended. Imagine if you bought a car and the engine stopped working and the dealer told you "well it's an early model...we have fixes coming"

Le mans is connection lost, not game crash, did u play in wifi? Rj45 is the best simracer friend. U can also watch lost paquets with software
