I am running a company for three years now, doing really good via Upwork Alhamdulillah, and like everyone, want to explore more channels other than upwork. Email marketing and just going outside of upwork is something I have always struggled with. And I cannot thank you guys enough. Thanks a lot for sharing your knowledge so openly with everyone Waqar bhai. It's just amazing. With this podcast, you have just trained the next generation of agency owners and someone will be able to build their own sales team, just because of the way you have shared your knowledge. And thanks a lot Ehamd. The work you are doing is just immensely valuable. So many people are going to start agencies, create more employment and bring more revenue in Pakistan, just by watching your videos and learning from them. Please keep going and keep up the good work. Truly wish you guys all the success.

While watching the podcast, i was thinking to ask you about how's your email marketing strategy going since we discussed it once and then i saw your comment below 😃

Haha. Yeah we tried for a few months but didn't have much success. We should have spent more time on it, but there was some lack of proper planning as well. Hopefully we'll be starting it soon once again

This has to be one of the most helpful podcasts for anyone in Pakistan's IT sector. Unfortunately, companies and people never share how they are bringing business and this leads to the hit and try for others, which eventually takes a lot of time. Thank You Ehmad Bhai and Waqar Bhai. Kudos

Dont know who this guy is and never heard ehmad earlier, but I have been into sales and all the things he has brought up are realistic and correct... i listened to the full podcast and even repeated some parts for my understanding.. i think you should interview him again with some other insights for the product market or how he is going to invest in what businesses as he mentioned those bits also... Kudos to both gentlemen

As a startup founder of Design agency and navigating the tech world, I had tons of questions, especially about sales. But Waqar Bhai broke it all down and answered almost every one of them in such a clear and insightful way. Big thanks to Ehmad for making this happen and hosting such meaningful conversations. Great work by your team.

I have worked at different software companies in Islamabad/Pakistan. The secret is : 1. Setting up company in USA. 2. You should have a company website with portfolio and a landing page where potential clients can contact you. 3. Run google ad camping targeting specific customers. 4. Landing them to your contact page where they can give you their number and name. 5. Having a sale guy who can follow up clients and convince clients to get your software services. 6. Once they are ready, setup an online meeting with your project manager. Who knows different technologies. This manager will be responsible for taking the requirements and responsible to show working product to the client and taking their feedback.

Amazing Podcast Ehmad. Learned alot from Waqar Hassan. I am running my own own agency endshift, and figuring out ways to scale it up to next levels. Your podcasts and guest selections are helping me a lot in gathering information around all the aspects of running a successful software house. In the podcast, Waqar has mentioned about a recorded video where he has detailed information on the sales processes. If you can provide the link for it that would be really helpful. Keep doing this awsome job. Thank You

At 44:24, he still hasn't discussed anything productive. When the host asked a productive question, he dodged it instead of addressing it directly. It seems like he either doesn't have useful information to share or he is unwilling to reveal his secrets. Unfortunately, he ended up wasting a lot of people's time.

I am writing to express my current situation and my eagerness to collaborate with your team through the internship opportunity you offer. Currently, in my fourth semester, I have been diligently studying the MERN stack. However, despite my efforts, I have encountered several challenges and feel stuck in my learning process. I have been trying to learn from KZbin, but I have faced numerous issues along the way. Working with your team on this internship could provide me with the guidance and mentorship I need to overcome these obstacles. I am passionate about expanding my skills in MERN stack development and am eager to contribute to your team. I am confident that I can quickly regain momentum and make meaningful contributions with your support and the right environment.

A business is a combination of multiple functions including sales. A business is an asset that can be sold or purchased. A function itself, like sales, cannot be sold or purchased.

Respect to host's experience, but he's hiding all his secrets, despite being asked PLENTY of times by the podcaster. Great job by the podcaster, though. Instead of sharing tricks and tips, host is only sharing textbook knowledge.
