I would argue management is not listening to their employees. A wise professor once told me “Listening is so close to loving, most people cannot tell the difference.” The employees do not feel heard, valued, or appreciated. Listening would create a level of engagement that would bring both sides together and move forward to accomplish great things. In my ever so humble opinion
