If a strategy focuses on whats best for 'we the ppl' - factions will divide in those who can + those who cant deliver. The latter will simply perish. But with comrades fighting precisely that tooth + nail, there is no commitment, can never be any accountability or reforms, forget abt transparency. The stay away vote should have, but did not tell comrades with an insatiable greed for power. money, cheap media exposure, desperate to preserve their loot - they are a liability, overstaying their welcome. The Anc is reknowned for plans full of promises they have no intention to keep - look no further than BEE millionares strutting aound in guicci with no money or time invested in industries with jobs. The problem with the SACP under the stewardship of Solly Mapaila is that they expect the ANC at government level to govern in a revolutionary style. No erstwhile revolutionary party in the world has ever been succesful in governance if it continues with the revolutionary style of the period prior to its taking over as a government .
