@@patrickmcneil5089 He's a Navy Seal and Ultra Marathoner with a knack for a certain vernacular. But it would be amazing to see candidates like Admiral Bill McRaven and Lt.Col Dave Grossman, IMHO

Lead by example and not following others lead. My CO is an example of putting people in leadership roles because of time and grade. I got wounded in Afghanistan, than when I found out my company is coming back. So I escape the hospital to see my Marines. I saw my CO and I saluted him, he just turn around and walked away. The same CO who woke me up from after surgery in Afghanistan to tell me that I wasn't getting a purple heart. If you ever see him, his name is Raul Garza. The same leader who demoralized, blackmailed, threaten to shoot a kid, punished, blame and manipulate to have his way. Watch out for narcissistic, sociopath, and psychopath leadership.

The problem: Too many people in leadership positions that suck at it.
@SGobuck2 жыл бұрын
It can be a problem, but if you have leadership skills yourself, you can motivate people to focus on the tasks instead of the leadership in question and get it done, and if you happen to fail, you take ownership. Eventually the cream will rise to the top and the shit will sink itself.

In nature the predator follows the prey. The wolf the bison, the great white the tuna. A monkey, a dog, a cat lead the space race. International drug laws, are a plants dominion. Mongolian nomads wandering. Cotton, rubber relocating Africans. I don't lead, but I know how to swim with the current
