Desert storm was an absolute art. It was synchronised down to the second. The target of the mission was the most well defended city in the world at least against air attacks, and air supremacy was won in a day. The marines, with some of the hardest jobs of all, advanced so far it was a problem. And you gotta love the American “Scud No!” attitude when faced with the prospect of a trench battle.

If you're wondering why they surrendered its because if you have the surrender mutator and press p they will surrender even if the game hasn't started yet or even if they're winning, Not sure about this is what happened to me so I'm assuming this is what happened to you too
