Hi everyone. Gary thank you for sharing such a great conversation. Angela was my chief SVP, as I worked at Apple Retail Spain. She was a very charing woman leader. And as she mentioned, I felt very empowered at that moment on my working life as I had the chance to participate on brainstorming to figure it out how to enrich our local community. That was the very first time working at Apple that they were asking retail employees for ideas to bring on a project. A few months later, "Today at Apple" program was released. I also remember her weekly videos, and how close I felt she was from us. Definitely she is a servant leader. Cheers. I also ask myself why is it very uncommon to hear LOVE word on business and organizations.

Love, love this conversation. I have appreciated Gary Hamel's perspective and New Human Movement for a very long time. Now, very much appreciating Angela Ahrendts point of view and belief system also. In our work and research in the field of business agility, we recognize the fundamental differential is the leadership core belief system. Like Angela says, people-centered leaders think, speak and act differently than those who do not embrace these values. These are the kind of leaders who inspire and build empowered teams to accelerate success and become better equipped to face the VUCA reality we all face today and the even more uncertain future. Anyone who proclaims a "servant leadership" style correctly executed from the heart wins hands down always and under the most challenging issues on the table. People today are more important than ever and will be so forever.

El punto subyacente de su conversación es sobre el trato de la persona, que resulta que es empleado, ya que tomó la decisión de laborar en tu planta/tu empresa. --> ¿Cómo fortaleces esa decisión realizada desde el trabajo del manager con el personal, y claro apoyado por la empresa? No un resultado fugaz, un resultado duradero como el que ella presenta a partir del minuto 16:00.
