What a speech! I’ve been in custom home building for 20 years on cape cod and very few people think like Jeff I’ve strived to model my company after three local builders out of hundreds that think like this it’s very rare. I tell my guys all the time it’s not ego I believe we are one of the best but never say that to anyone just show it that is one of Jeff’s best points. I meet several people I truly believe are the best and they will never tell you they are you have to stay humble. I have friends who think they are the best and won’t take any advice or listen to different ways and that’s what keeps them from reaching the best sometimes I learn a way that seems better than we are currently doing from someone with a couple years experience everyone looks at things different you have to stay open minded. Jeff is a rare for sure I’ve tried to operate with his same beliefs for 15 years and have got far but haven’t quite broken through to the clients I need to operate like Jeff but I know it took him a whole career to get there so I believe I will. Your a hero Jeff

Definitely do not see many builders with in-house trades, to a point where it's almost a joke to call a builder anything but a manager. Out here in Nevada builders don't build anything they just supervise it. Wish more people followed your model. Great stuff.
