Nice video! For $35 you can get a Presto Products Geobin Compost Bin, which is about the same price as a trash can. You form it into the size you need. I also use a UV outdoor table cover with a grommet hole in the middle to let in rainwater for $22.00, but you can used plastic sheeting on top for far less money.

I wonder if greenhouse plastic would work as well?

@ Not sure, but the table cover is sized to fit and has elastic on the edges. I did find that once the height of the leaves drop, the bin would sides would fold in at he top due to the elastic. I now put the table cover inside the bin as fits to the edges. I make a funnel shape out of the leaves so the water gouges to the center grommet to keep the leaves wet. (I purchased an inexpensive grommet kit to put the grommet in the center for irrigation). I have one other in that I store dry whole leaves to add to my ]compost pile. This too has a table cover, but only 30” as I made the bin circumference only 30” here. No grommet as I keep these leaves dry. Some water gets to the edges, but very little. The leaf level has dropped as I use them each time I add green (kitchen scraps) to my compost bin, which happens to also be one of the GeoBins. I have 4 GeoBins, in all and a compost tumbler, which is full. That’s why I needed the additional GeoBin.
