When you’re sober you tend to hold your true feelings and emotions in from other people, you don’t overly express your feeling. When you get high that barrier is taken away and you will more openly express your true self. A sad person will cry and let all their emotions out when their high. A naturally happy person will be overly friendly when their high. A violent person will get overly violent with people around them when their high. They were already those people when they were sober. The only thing that changed was their decision making process and their ability to show their emotions in a relaxed, restrained and natural way. Your moral compass and who you really are as a person remains exactly the same. Drugs don’t make a person a k;ller, it relaxes and impairs them enough to act out their existing sense of morality.
