My colony going through same issue all fungus dieing I got a large fungus boost haven't given to my colony yet they told me to get rid of all workers except the minors I Want to save the other workers and add them will they be fine being added to another colony?

I'm not sure if it's good idea to add not native workers. I did but now my colony isn't doing so well. They are okay but how that's about half of final fungus size in video and they don't grow.
