Solution to his fix if it borked ur game. 1. Uninstall Reinstall Riot 2. Run -> msconfig -> Hide all microsoft -> Enable All

This did fix it for me, however DO NOT DISABLE ALL after hiding all microsoft, it will cause issues with vanguard
