One of the worst champs design wise. Sure, looks cool and sounds really nice, but that's it. Shows that it's someone's first design in LoL. Kled can run around with a full AD build and still have more durability than a bruiser building full tank. And he still melts squishies. And he has a stupid stasis built into his mount/dismount which is aggravating as heck to play against and is more about luck than actual skill. Overall, he has a bloated kit, yet he has annoying mechanics when played like his W automatically proccing its CD when you hit something. All of this for being manaless. I wonder wtf Rito is thinking.

Riot does the surveys about the state of the game and all this other junk. If you really want Riot to know that you think there are too many champs then on that survey in the box that asks if there is too many champs post your opinion and why and it will have a much greater impact than a youtube comment without any support.
