Most consistent on the current LCK 4th seed cant cut it to the top 20 global list for Worlds, the only T1 player on the top 20 was Zeus who was the X-Factor for T1 in the playoffs. Not that I doubt Guma’s ability at all, I firmly believe he will continue to excel however as it stands, there are just players who have proven themselves more at this point in time.

@@Page-one243 Ok for 1 he has the best player in the world in the midlane. Just watch the games, especially the final. Peanut was running circles around his ass and for most of the LCK split all Canyon did was afk farm have better lanes and win the game naturally without doing anything.

@@karolwronkowski40 caps being top 20 means he is better than a majority of the players from LPL/LCK. Basically means you think he’s a top 4-5 mid in the tournament. Better than Faker, Showmaker, Xiaohu, potentially Scout or Zeka. It’s not unthinkable to put Caps on here, but it’s not “delusional” to keep him off it lol.

I am a big Faker fan, but it is fair to say he is not a top 20 player in the tournament. This is based on the performance of last 2 splits. Although Faker did well in spring split, his inconsistency, coupled with se hard throws (believe me it hurts to admit this) warrants him being off the list, at least for now. I have faith in him to perform better because Faker at Worlds has always been awesome. But they can only make this ranking off of the performances of this year.

@@baconofthearkGenG really underperformed at worlds last year despite looking super strong going in. They do look even stronger this year and obviously they won MSI, which is a good sign of international performance being solid. This is the first year since 2020 that I didn’t watch LPL (the casters are unbearable now, as all the good ones except lyric were poached) so I won’t make claims about GenG being the best in the world however they do look difficult to top. Then again JDG looked almost invincible last year until that match against T1. But that was because the big lane meta shifted away from their strengths and towards T1’s, especially bot. So you never know what the worlds patch or tournament meta will bring.

nah bro im an lpl fan and i think chovy is just a better knight. that being said i think people overexaggerate the mid gap at msi. he was gapped really hard one game and that's all everyone remembers. and also i think they both always underperform at worlds, sometimes it's a small underperformance and theyre just good which is very low for their standard and sometimes they choke their fucking brains (knight in 2020 and chovy in 22 and 23 choked so fucking hard)
