I know how much paperwork and health and safety goes into these school trips. It’s an absolute nightmare to plan. Feel sorry for everyone involved. Anyone blaming the school or teachers simply hasn’t got a clue.

To all the people commenting... Basically she was with her class and teachers on a residential trip with like adventure forest activities and I guess they went on a mudslide but it was raining quite alot but then she fell and hit her head in the mud and she drowned with another person but only one of them was able to be saved but leah was not be able to be saved... Rest in peace leah ❤🕊 You were very loved in our school Fly high leah❤

Because it was an overnight one on her last year of primary school I doubt it would be possible to move it

Dont allow your child to go no where with a school, if they cant promise there safety and prove safety ? A family is broken through neglience now, and by an instructor who was clearly out his depth and inexperienced and didnt think twice about walking along this path with vulnerable children considering they were not very experienced at all.
