i am 13 years old and struggle with acne in my t zone a lot, it usedd to be way worse and i would wear hats every single day to school when i was 11 and 12 because how insecure i was, i was mostly insecure because i was the only one who hit puberty and the only one with red spots all over my face, it took me two years to finally accept my acne and now i honestly dont care about what other people think because i know i am beautiful with and without it! The only makeup i really use now is concealer to cover up my under eyes and blush, i rarely ever wear mascara! I am so proud of myself for overcoming my insecurity!

i don’t wash my brushes too it makes me tired just the thought of it but i do clean them with a towel and 70% alcohol because it’s disinfectant, it’s a trick i learned in beauty school and it’s waaay easier and quicker. i don’t know if it does something to the quality of them but so far my brushes feel very soft

I’m going to guess you are a lot younger than me and I’m going to give you some advice. You may have heard people say this before but when someone bullies you, they aren’t happy with themselves. That unhappiness cause that person to be jealous and go after others. I’m 24 and still deal with people at work talking about how skinny I am. I always have been but I have stomach issues now so it made me lose even more weight. I’ve never had a problem with my body until now because of them. But I hear those same people talking about how they need to lose weight so I try my best to pay no mind and ignore the comments. I know it’s hard but try not to listen to them. You’re beautiful and perfect the way God made you.💓

Girl you might have acne till you're 60 but not the firm plump skin you have rn. Just go for the makeup and have fun while you can while simultaneously taking care of your skin! But ofc if it makes your acne worse then focus on skin healing first ❤️❤️

it depends on the person but generally speaking, it will. obviously if you wear it for like one day it won't, but if you do it for days on end consistently you probably will. Especially if you're not washing ur brushes or cleansing it off ur face properly (makeup wipes are the devil, micellar water is okay but it's not great, cleansing balm with cotton pads are best). Give it a go tho, but less is best if you don't wanna break out.

As long as you wash your makeup off properly it shouldn’t block your pores, I use the maybelline concealer and it’s never broke me out or made it worse. Hope this helps! 🫶
