1) As far as synonyms for delivery go it just depends on what exactly you were going to say. So, a word that is able to be used interchangeably would be like "performance". Now, guessing on what exactly you were thinking of saying you might rework the sentence a bit & instead start it like, "The passion he..." or "You can just feel his passion..." & if you stayed with that sort of sentence construction you can use terms like emotions, his heart, etc... in place of passion. 2) In regards to your pondering about why there is abuse, discrimination, mistreatment, violations of rights, etc... targeting specific groups of people in the world on the basis of what you specifically mentioned as religion & culture, but I imagine you really mean it in relation to any type of demographic characteristic [age, sex, race, religion, national origin, gender, sexuality, etc...] People should always keep in mind a few things. The first being while I'm sure that there are always going to be individuals who do support these types of things for the proclaimed reason why, but these people are all but certain to not be the ones actually implementing & doing these things. They are just going to be responsible for why it is those things can continue being done. The actual people responsible for the decisions to do these things & then actually implementing those decisions are always motivated by some combination of power & wealth [wealth can be money or resources.]
