Awesome to watch you Leah! Just found your channel. You're so relentless doing your challenges, I love it. My best friend Eric was like that when he ate and he wasn't even doing a challenge 😂. After working 30+ years in restaurants in the western U.S. I wouldn't call this an entirely American breakfast, but there was some aspects of it. I can't wait to see the next challenge
