Hiya Leah. I just felt like that I need to tell you that I've had problems with food (or lack of it in my case) since my 20's. I'm now 43 years old and for the last 8 months, I've watched your channel because (strangely) the videos make me feel hungry and I really need to eat all of a sudden...Which in turn has actually made me put on much needed weight. I'm 5ft 9 and I've always been slim. But in my 20's, I began to see myself in the mirror, looking fat. I discovered that I had body dysmorphia. I've been to see quite a few Psychiatrists and Psychologists but eventually, my intake of calories was shocking! I measured everything that I ate (my calorie intake was only 900) I exercised religiously (including kickboxing, weight lifting, sprinting challenges, Hurdles...etc) But as I got older, I couldn't keep up with all of that physical demand. I was made of solid muscle back then and I could get away with being so slim. NOW however, at 43 years old, I've been unable to do any kind of exercise because I lost that muscle mass and I just looked like the dying person I'd become. So...THANK YOU! The chips, milkshake, onion rings, brioche rolls, and wagyu cheddar jalapeno sausage is very common american food. The seasonings, sauces, and the pastry are the middle eastern part. Flower milkshakes are sold in most ice cream shops that make their product 'in house' - aka you pay 5x the price of ice cream in grocery stores.
