9:38 Just because that's actually a VERY interesting plate to see in LA, I'll answer what that thing is: That is a German license plate for special occasions. In German, it is called a "Kurzzeitkennzeichen" (which means short-term license plate). The vehicle is only registered for 5 days in order to perform test drives, vehicle transfers, or a registration and/or inspection of an unregistered vehicle at TÜV/Dekra (The German version of going to the DMV). The vehicle is also not permitted to be driven outside of Germany. Meaning that the vehicle is being illegally driven without a valid license plate. That plate specifically has HD as the first 2 letters that indicate the place of registration, meaning the vehicle is from the city of Heidelberg. It is also to be noted that there are noticable differences in the look compared to a conventional German plate, for example are there mostly numbers compared to the usually dominant amount of letters on the plate.

I think the door was hit and then the tip swung down into the glass as opposed to being projected through like we all suspect. Still a dangerous penetration though.

Well let me tell you what I witnessed in person many many years ago in Houston TX. In the early afternoon of a sunny summer day I saw a guy coming up fast behind my rear on the right lane to a yellow light so I slowed down legally. But he started veering hard to the right accelerating and flying by me over a railroad track which knocked him up a few feet high in the air. He completely lost control of the Bronco truck. It flipped and rolled a few turns in the air plummeting down into a several feet deep trench, and continued rolling smashing into the gravels, brick size rocks and tall grass below. So I stopped ahead looking back through the windows. Nothing was moving but lots of smokes and dust were kicking up. Then after a few silent minutes I saw him, a black guy in early 30's crawling up the trench in torn up sweat shirt and pants. I was shocked to see him still alive but didn't see close enough if he got cut or anything bleeding. Then I heard police sirens closing in and had to leave because I parked in the right lane of the traffic. I thought he probably stole the truck. BTW you could make a good live news reporter keep it up!

Cool channel, I just found you! I am from Edinburgh in Scotland. Funny thing is GTA was made and developed always in this town. Although it’s obviously an American environment and a very complex and very clever world, there is many Easter eggs to Edinburgh Scotland in it which are pretty funny for the locals. I know several of the developers on GTA. It’s very hard not to know some as Edinburgh is a small place! I think some of them are working on the next version right now! Although they can’t say!
