Yeah I thought rockstar was REALLY taking a piss with some of these npc interactions in GTA V but after watching effspots channel transition from purely car content to sprinkling in some los angeles NPC activity here and there, the more impressed I become with how great of a job rockstar games did with depicting the people of southern California. I don't watch effspot videos and say "damn this is like a GTA server" anymore, I play gta, rob a high end store on rodeo, do donuts in intersections in a a challenger, and add the most insane and distasteful @worst.spec modifications to my lamborghini, and set a car on fire then say "damn, this is just like an effspot video"

the state does care about people, the people see destruction, and bad behaviour all around them they start acting similarly. This was learned and studied in New York in the 80s when graffiti was everywhere, the more graffiti in the area the more uncivil behaviour. When the city cleaned it up on the subway, walls etc crime dropped vastly by merely changing the look. This affects your area because people are so degrading, bad behaviour and mess everywhere so civility drops and crime rises which the general public wouldn't normally do. The Blitz on London had the same effect on crime. Before the war crime was low but when the need for more happened during rations, the lookout for criminals changed in the general public. Seems LA hasn't learned anything from history.

Sad to say it but you may have to start thinking of alternative ways to make the Cressida road worthy again. Maybe custom fabrication, either true to the metal original, or some sort of clear hood would definitely be easier and cheaper I'd think, or something else. You may have to change the theme and paint to suit. That Cressida hood is clearly extremely rare.
