Leaking Oil Filter on a Toyota Corolla

Ron Ananian The Car Doctor™ is checking on an oil leak underneath a Toyota Corolla. Ron finds oil clearly dripping from a hole in the dented oil filter. He suspects that wrong tool may have been used to install the filter.
