Leaking Pipe Ruins Expensive Bespoke Kitchen!

Previously traced the leak to the underneath of the island using acoustic microphones and tracer gas testing.
Today i returned to excavate and repair the leak after the kitchen fitter had removed the unit for me safely and without damage.

My report would have recommended to replace all pipework in screed.. 1 pinhole will lead to another.

100%, always a good idea if its getting stripped out anyway not worth risking another kitchen leak
