いつも参考にさせて頂いてます、素晴らしい熊肉食べてみたい、石川県の熊を食べたけど、割と淡白でした、その土地でジビエの味は変わりますよね、イノシシは今の時期の丹波篠山のイノシシがおいしい

熊はいま問題になってるし もっと捕獲して食糧として普及させたら良いのではと思う おいしいならもっと熊をたくさん狩ってほしい
