The massive respect both companies had for each other and witnessing the esprit de corps for Lean Leadership was outstanding. How the Toyota guy at the beginning said he had take aways from the Seating Matters morning meeting, and then how the Toyota guys were able to coach Seating Matters on a few things. Wow, these two LEGENDARY COMPANIES helping each other. I'm SO. INSPIRED. by the common respect and philosophy of service to your Lean Manufacturing Fellowship; and also, ultimately your CUSTOMER. Bringing Value to the Customer. These videos bring me so much personal inspiration, and SO. MUCH. VALUE. Respect All Around.

Another great video. What I liked is that both seating matters ave toyota had takeaways. That's a win win lean deal

Hi Ryan, great video and many thanks that you share Toyota‘s lessons with us. I stumbled over the “Stream Deck” as a very cool idea. How do you use it to reduce waste in the office, if I may ask?
