'Use your brain and not your wallet' _ and then you buy Kuka Robots for 200.000 USD .. I dont get what is supposed to be lean with that? Its a good shop. But Lean?

The robot cost less than 10k, we used in house self taught skills to, create the work cell, manufacture and program the whole system 😉🙂

Human welders can be a prickly bunch to work with and they aren’t cheap either. These robots seem to do a good job on these light duty products.
