Hello my friends~
This week I bring you through another day in the life, at my brooklyn art studio working on ceramics as well as some oil painting. Except it's not so typical of a day. I decided to not speak explicitly about it, as I'd like to take time and chat with u heart-to-heart style next week. TBH I wrote this video title to see if ppl would click on the video more since the algorithm has not been so good for me. (Ill probably change it tomorrow). If u clicked in for the tea, no worry. I will share my lessons and reflections soon. I'm going through another heartbreak...I am disappointed and wounded, but I am coping and thriving and healing, too.
I am grateful everyday for the opportunity to chase my dreams, and that's why I'm still here and also committed to creating a happy life for myself! I certainly am learning a lot right now, including how to choose myself and choose to show up for the things that I care about (which right now is working hard at this small biz so it can have a real chance!)

Regarding the testing of clickbait, I’ve noticed in general I’m more likely to watch a video especially if the thumbnail has something like “day in the life” or “week in the life” “chat with me” as opposed to your more recent studio vlogs/merchandise/purely store thumbnails. My brain is immediately more attracted to the former since it promises more connection to you as the vlogger. But yes clickbait works too 🤣

hello, I'm 27 and I've been watching you since I was in early 20s and you were starting your art school degree, I was in art school myself then it was just the right thing for me... and I feel like I've grown up with you... I must be older than you or what ever but I've just recently been doing reflecting for myself, Like 27 was shocking.. when did that happen... what meaningful connections have I made.... maybe one reason for the algorithm being not as good is that now is like a transition period / process for you with the small business. i feel like many youtube videos need to be 'complete' or like a full idea, like oh look at my completed room makeover etc. like almost merchandising your life to showcase for others. but it's really great that you are just putting out things for now because once you're in the full flow of things the content will naturally be better suited for the algo. people who are interested in this slower form will gradually find your channel too! keep it up, though, so happy to see u and fam making moves

Hey Annabelle! I hadn't watched your videos in a while, I'm glad to be back :) I've also been prioritising my well-being when it comes to my work schedule as of late. I can't do that everyday because sometimes I have late or early meetings. But sleeping until 8am has allowed me to feel much more well-rested. Please take care of yourself and know you're not alone in your pain. Although heartbreak can be a terribly isolating experience, I hope you have friends and family who can be with you as you navigate your pain. And know that you have your online community rooting for you!! I will catch up on your older videos now 💜
