You need to get your Native Access sorted out far too slow on big downloads. Not the only one with this issue!. Fallowed all steps removed, firewalls, no proxy or vpn, etc. It's only started to happen recently with your update. Not good enough.

I dont understand why they create "leap expansion" when there is already maschine expansion/sample that you can drag and drop in it? To get more money i guess

Leap content is a bit different from Maschine - it’s made specifically for this new tool. And while you can drag and drop samples from expansions into Leap, keep in mind that you'll need Massive or Maschine to use some MIDI patterns and presets. Hope this answers your question!

Everything worked like a charm yesterday. Then today no massive X , or massive presets . Why is it that everytime you guys give out a new komplete it seems to mess with everything else .

They should've just tried to partner with Output if they liked the idea of Arcade that much. This is just a cheap rip off of a product that isn't great to begin with. NI could've updated Battery or Massive X. Or added features to the existing FX libraries(i.e Bite,Dirt etc.) which I think are overlooked.

Hey, Leap is only available in Kontakt 8 so you'll need the latest version of Kontakt to use Leap expansions.

NATIVE INSTRUMENTS PLEASE ANSWER THIS QUESTION! Where the are all the LEAP EXPANSIONS. I just purchased Kontakt 8 and it appears the only expansion is Lo-Fi, where are the rest of the expansions, there’s supposed to be 12. And oh yeah, it is impossible to ask a question in your support section. It appears that if one of your canned answers does not do it you are SOL. Why do you make it so frickin hard to contact support?

They are okay but not that great, you don't get as much content as a machine pack. They are quite limited at the minute. I would love to see more quality samples and more actual content in the packs. Vocal ones are quite good but again, not too much content. I would be disappointed if future packs feature so little content and are priced the same or more as any maschine packs.

Yes, you can use samples and loops from expansions in Kontakt 8's Leap as well.

I mostly use Spitfire Player, OT Sine Player and VSL Synchron these days, barely have any instance of Kontakt in my projects (thanks to those companies) But as I'm a person who likes to have updated Softwares, so checked my update price from Kontakt 7 to 8 and it's £89 When I update my Cubase yearly it's only £85 Why should I pay more for only a simple sampler plugin even more than a DAW, you're price is really not fair. YOU SHOULD BRINGING UPDATE PRICE LOWER THAN THIS. Please think about this matter.

What are the idea with this Leap's library? Can't modify tonal or phrases, chord progression or something... all are symply loops with pre recorded lines... are totally useless library Native Instruments! You got down...

You don't just have to play the loops as is. You can play slices of them chromatically and polyphonically so yes you can play chords with them and change the notes and progressions that way. You can also keep them in tempo lock when playing them on different keys/notes. So it's more or less a quick and easy sampler with some useful audio content in the expansions. The idea behind the loops though is that they can offer some instant inspiration but like I said you might say well I like this particular sound/slice in a loop and just use that.

Damn, what a bad addition to Kontakt. Y‘all know that they will overcharge for expensive kits/expansions and not put much effort in developing interesting tools. This is just arcade in worse with way less sounds

All of this stuff was already part of Kontakt so not really an addition. Just saving folks from having to mess around under the hood so to speak. You can import your own loops and samples as well. Slice the samples and switch to play the slices chromatically while keeping them in BPM sync. Stuff like that.
