Regarding show prep, I can relate. I used to work for a startup tech company which made product and showed it at trade shows. Cisco Live was always the "big one" and we spent weeks in prep (never displayed the same way 2 seasons, and sometimes two shows, in a row) and then hours the night before the show, praying that the final run-through at the office could be re-assembled on the floor without a hitch. It rarely was, but then that's what makes showing at shows so...exciting!

That show looks dead empty. All the previous super shows you'd be shoulder to shoulder with thousands of people. Your booth looks great and unique. Way to highlight the unique vendors as well.
